·      Incorrect product delivered

·      Packaging is tampered or compromised at the time of delivery

·      Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

·      Customer must provide unboxing video or clear images as proof

·      Product must be unused and in original condition

Not Eligible for Return:

·      Change of mind after purchase

·      Opened or used consumable products

16. Exchange Policy

·      Exchanges are allowed only in cases of:
